- Consolidated account view—After the updates, members with multiple Mountain America accounts will be able to access all accounts on the same profile with one login.
What is changing on my personal account?
Digital banking profiles
Beginning in June, your username and password will stay the same, but your login will display all Mountain America accounts connected to your SSN or TIN. If your login credentials are shared, anyone using them will be able to view this information. For your privacy and security, please do not share your username and/or password with anyone else.
Joint accountholders
After the updates, joint accountholders should register for their own digital banking profile. Your unique login will ensure you have continued access to all your accounts and allow you to take advantage of the online and mobile banking services listed below.

Bill pay and Zelle® updates
For members with one Mountain America account loginCurrent payments and payees will remain the same for primary accountholders. Starting June 2, when joint users create their unique digital banking profile, they can customize bill pay by adding their desired payee list and scheduled payments.
For members with multiple Mountain America account loginsWhen all your accounts are consolidated to one digital banking profile in June, your payees will carry over from all your accounts. However, your scheduled payments and payment history in bill pay and Zelle® will only carry over from your most active account. To view these payments, you can still go to that account's transaction history.
After system updates are complete on June 2, please log in to your account and set up any scheduled payments and payees that did not transfer to your consolidated profile.

May MyStyle® Checking and rewards points requirements
Since account access will be unavailable during the updates, card transactions completed during that window won’t post to your account until June 2. To account for this, we are lowering the number of transactions required for May 2026:- 15+ debit/credit transactions (instead of 20+) will qualify for the $7 fee waiver.
- 35+ debit/credit transactions (instead of 40+) will earn 250 rewards points.
What is changing on my business account?
For businesses, the upcoming changes vary based on account type. Select the account you have to learn more.Business essential and nonprofit checking—direct billing
In the past, fee-based services have been paid in a lump sum at the end of the month. Starting in June, these services will be charged and processed as relevant transactions are completed. Costs for transactions will remain the same, and you will continue to receive your statement on the first day of the month.
Starting in June, you will be billed between the 10th and 15th days of the month instead of between the 1st and 5th of the month. We are also improving the format of your monthly statement to make it easier for you to find essential information.
If you have a business essential account and currently use our cash management services, such as ACH transactions, wires and business remote deposits, your account will automatically be upgraded to a business growth checking account starting June 1. This upgrade will also change your billing dates to between the 10th and 15th day of the month.
If you opened your business account with a Social Security number (SSN) instead of an employer identification number (EIN)—and registered a personal and business login—then all accounts tied to your SSN, including any personal accounts, will be consolidated under your business account profile on June 1.
Temporary loss of access to Zelle®—If your personal and business accounts are both tied to the same SSN, you will experience a temporary disruption in Zelle® access on your personal account on June 1. We estimate that access will be restored by the end of the year. If your business account was opened with an EIN, access to Zelle® for your personal accounts will continue without interruption.
Other ways to send money
Alternatives for moving personal funds include an ACH transfer or account-to-account transfer. For your business, explore our merchant services for secure payment processing and cash management tools.
QuickBooks profiles are set up through a tax ID number (TIN)—either a SSN or an EIN. You will access all accounts linked to that TIN with the same login. If you have multiple accounts with different TINs, each will have a separate QuickBooks profile and login.
After June 2, when you log in to QuickBooks, you will enter the same username and password you use to access your Mountain America digital banking account—no need to memorize a separate set of credentials.Contact business services
