To switch bank accounts, follow these three steps:


1. Using the form below, provide any sources of direct deposits/automatic deposits.


Direct deposit sources include:

  • Employer payroll deposit
  • Government deposit
  • Retirement
  • Brokerage/investment deposits

2. Using the form below, identify the payments you would like to change.


Payments could include:

  • Mortgage/rent
  • Association fees
  • Internet service
  • Utilities: electric, gas, water, etc.
  • Investments/insurance
  • Club memberships
  • Cable/satellite
  • Credit cards/loans

If any companies take payments from your account using a debit card number, contact the company and set up a new form of payment.


3. Using the form below, transfer your remaining balance to Mountain America.
