No, once a Visa debit or credit card transaction has been authorized by signature, PIN or online, the payment cannot be stopped. If there is a problem with the purchase, you can file a dispute after the transaction posts to your account.

How to dispute a transaction

• Allow the transaction to post.
• Contact the merchant to try to resolve the issue.
• If you cannot resolve the issue with the merchant, file a dispute with Mountain America.
