Mountain America Credit Union is pleased to welcome James Carroll as a senior commercial loan officer, supporting members with comprehensive commercial lending solutions.

In his role at Mountain America, Carroll is focused on delivering tailored lending solutions that support sustainable business growth while upholding the credit union’s member-focused approach.

Recognized as a collaborative leader and disciplined credit professional, Carroll offers deep expertise in credit analysis, portfolio management and relationship development. His ability to understand complex financial needs and provide strategic guidance makes him a valuable resource for members navigating important business decisions.

Carroll holds a Bachelor of Science in business management and has completed formal training in financial analysis. He brings extensive experience from senior commercial banking roles with several financial institutions, where he managed diverse business portfolios and originated loans ranging from $100,000 to $35 million.

Outside of work, Carroll enjoys coaching youth fast-pitch softball and spending quality time with his family.
