MyStyle Checking is a rewards checking account that lets you manage your everyday banking needs.

Can I open a checking account online?
Yes, apply online in minutes! You can also open a MyStyle Checking account at a Mountain America Credit Union near you by scheduling a branch appointment.
Do I need to be a Mountain America Credit Union member to open a checking account?
Membership is required to open a MyStyle Checking account. If you are not yet a member, you can easily apply for membership and a MyStyle Checking account at the same time. View our membership eligibilityrequirements.
How do I access my money in my checking account?
Our mobile app and online banking services make it easy to access your account anytime and anywhere. Transfer funds, send and receive money, pay bills or deposit checks right from your phone.
Plus, we are always happy to help you at any branch. We have branches across the Intermountain West and network with more than 50,000 MoneyPass and CO-OP Network ATMs.

What information do I need to open a MyStyle Checking account?
You will need your:
- Name and ID (driver license, state ID or passport)
- Physical address
- Phone number and date of birth
- Employment status and employer (if employed)
- Social Security or Taxpayer Identification Number
How long does it take to receive a debit card?
We can instantly issue a card to you at any Mountain America branch. If you open an account online or over the phone, you should receive your card within 7–10 business days.
What are the next steps after I submit my application online?
Most accounts will be opened within minutes. Then you will be prompted to fund your account through an ACH transfer from another financial institution. Next, use your account number to sign up for online banking and download the mobile app.
How do I access the MyStyle benefits?
You are automatically eligible to access the benefits with your checking account. Benefits are available exclusively through online and mobile banking. Some benefits require no-cost registration or activation.
