Carlos Ortiz is a bilingual mortgage loan officer who has a passion for serving both English- and Spanish-speaking Mountain America members. He joined the Mountain America team and began his career in financial services in 2019. He has worked in financial services since 2019. Prior to moving to the mortgage business, Carlos helped members onsite in branches, where he was known for delivering a high-quality experience.

Carlos enjoys helping members with their mortgage needs. Whether purchasing their first or fifth home, he is happy to assist members every step of the way.

In his spare time, Carlos loves to travel, explore the outdoors and listen to music.
