A PIN is a Personal Identification Number that is used as a way to identify the card owner for purchases.
Your PIN number is something only you should know. For security purposes, Mountain America does not keep a record of PINs.
If you have forgotten your PIN, you can reset it by:
- Using Card Manager on Mountain America's mobile app, or on our online branch
- Calling 1-855-898-7295 - option 3
- Visiting a nearby branch and bringing your card with you
