Q: How do I add a Travel Note on my account?

A Travel Note informs Mountain America of your out-of-area travel and allows us to better assess any suspicious card activity in our card-monitoring systems. You can enter a Travel Note by using Card Manager on the mobile app or on the Mountain America online branch. You can also contact the Service Center at 800-748-4302. Learn more about Card Manager!
