Q: How do I payoff my car and get the title?

You can pay off a loan by visiting any branch, calling the Service Center or making an online banking transfer. The title will be released 7-10 days from the payoff date. (If you would like to mail your payoff to Mountain America, click here for our mailing address.)
 
If the title is held electronically, Mountain America will request the state DMV to release our lien and mail a paper title to the address provided when the loan was paid off.
 
If the title is a paper title, it will be released from Mountain America and mailed to the address provided when the loan was paid off. Please take standard mailing time into consideration.
