Q: How do I access my vehicle protection plan/warranty information?
Mountain America partners with Route 66 to provide vehicle protection plans. Route 66 has developed a simple, yet powerful app that lets you access your warranty information, submit and track claims, request roadside assistance and locate repair shops. The Route 66 Extended Warranty app is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play.

- Service agreement number—you can find this in your loan documents.
- Your full name.
- Phone number linked to the account.
- Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)—you can enter it manually or via a photo.
- Current vehicle mileage.
Don’t see your warranty?
Make sure you’ve entered all required information correctly and registered the service agreement in the app. If you still have difficulties, contact Route 66 customer service at 1-800-808-0828.
To start a claim, follow these steps:
- Open the Route 66 app.
- Log in using your warranty details.
- Tap the Start a Claim widget on the home screen—your personal and vehicle information will be pre-filled.
- Enter the repair facility details.
- Enter information about the vehicle’s issue.
Submit your claim.

To request 24/7 roadside assistance, take these actions:
- Open the Route 66 app.
- Log in using your warranty details.
- From the home screen, tap Roadside Assistance.
- Follow the prompts to request help.
