His background includes senior commercial banking roles with several financial institutions, where he managed diverse business portfolios and originated loans ranging from $100,000 to $35 million. His expertise in credit analysis, portfolio management and relationship development allows him to serve as a trusted advisor, helping members navigate complex financial decisions with confidence and clarity.
James enjoys working at Mountain America Credit Union because of its strong member-focused mission and commitment to financial stewardship. As a commercial lender, he values working for an organization that prioritizes doing what is right for members—building sustainable businesses and lasting relationships, not just closing transactions.
Outside of work, James enjoys coaching youth fast-pitch softball with Arizona Storm and spending quality time with his family.
