Boost your credit

Get eight tips to improve your credit score and keep it strong for the future.

  1. Payments on your credit card account must be current as of 11/30/25. You cannot be delinquent or late on any loan account as of that date. Your charges cannot exceed the credit limit. Interest will continue to accrue through December (the non-payment period). This limited-time offer ends 12/31/25 and can change or be withdrawn at any time.
  2. Deferring payments is not automatic and must be requested at least five days prior to the payment’s due date. Members must make a minimum of one loan payment prior to being eligible to skip a payment. A skip-a-pay can be performed every 90 days with a maximum of twice per rolling 12-month period on a given loan and up to four skipped payments over the life of the loan—however, extensions requested from November 1 to December 31 are considered holiday skip-a-pay and do not count toward the four skip-a-pay max. Skip-a-pay is not a forgiveness of the monthly payment, but rather a deferment of the payment and interest will continue to accrue. The postponed payment will be added to the end of the loan, which will extend the loan term by one month. Other restrictions apply.
