Mountain America also offers several alternative payment options:
- eCheck (ACH)—Send money from another financial institution using an electronic check. This option is free.
- External transfers—Within Online Banking, you can transfer funds from another financial institution to your Mountain America loan. Select Transfers & Payments and then External Transfers.
- In-branch payments—You can make a payment at your nearest Mountain America branch.
- Credit card—To make your loan payment over the phone, call 1-800-748-4302. If you choose to use your credit card to make a payment, there is a small fee.
