Q: When applying for membership in the credit union, what identification is required at the time of application?

The Patriot Act requires identification for all potential account owners. The most commonly accepted forms of identifications are:

  • Driver's license
  • State identification
  • Passport
  • Military identification

Mountain America will also accept:

  • Matricula Consular Card from Mexico
  • Permanent resident/alien card
  • Foreign Passport
  • Consular Card from Guatemala
  • Documento Nacional de Identidad (Peru)
