Q: How do I know how long my checks are being held?

If a hold is placed on a check you deposited at the branch, the teller should have verbally notified you of the hold and given you a receipt indicating the fund release dates.

If the check was put on hold after you deposited it into the ATM, in the night drop or at a shared branch location, please contact our Service Center at 1-800-748-4302.
