Q: How do I add or remove joint owners from my account?
To add a joint owner, the joint person will need to provide:
- Valid government-issued picture identification
- Social Security Number or other Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Have ChexSystems and credit pulled.
- The ChexSystems report for joint members will only be pulled if a checking share exists or if it will be created on the account.
All account holders will need to sign a new membership application.
To remove a joint owner, all account owners (including the joint) will need to sign a Removal of Joint Owner Form.
