Q: How do I enroll with Zelle®?

Getting started with Zelle® in the Mountain America app is simple.
  1. Select “Send Money” from the main menu. It is under the "Transfer & Pay" navigation section.
  2. Select “Get Started” at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Next, select the email address or U.S. mobile phone number you'd like to enroll with.
  4. Now, select the primary Mountain America account you’d like to use to send and receive money with Zelle®.
  5. Enter the verification code you receive via email or text message.

You’re now ready to start sending and receiving money with Zelle®!*


*Zelle® availability based on account eligibility. Account must be in good standing for 90 days. U.S. checking or savings account required to use Zelle®. Transactions between enrolled consumers typically occur in minutes and generally do not incur transaction fees. Payment requests to persons not already enrolled with Zelle® must be sent to an email address.
