Q: Why do I get a blank page when I try to access my eStatements?

If you are going to the Statements tab and nothing happens you will need to adjust your computer settings.

In Internet Explorer, go to Tools and then Internet Options.

  1. Click on the Security tab.
  2. Make sure the security settings are set to Medium.
  3. Click on the Trusted sites icon.
  4. Click on the Sites button.
  5. Add the following addresses to the trusted sites: https://www.mtnestatement.org https://www.macu.com.
  6. Click on the Privacy tab.
  7. Make sure the settings are set to Medium.
  8. Click on the Advanced button.
  9. Make sure you are accepting first and third party cookies.
  10. Click on the Advanced tab.
  11. Scroll to the bottom of the list.
  12. Make sure SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 are checked.
  13. Make sure TLS 1.0 is not checked.
  14. Click the Apply button.
  15. Click OK.
  16. Log out of macu.com.
  17. Close the internet window, re-open and try again.
