Q: Can I make transaction descriptions more detailed?

Yes. To enable the detailed description for an individual transaction, follow the steps below.
 
Currently, there is no way to edit multiple transactions at once.
 
Online banking users
  1. On the transactions screen, click on the transaction you’d like to adjust.
  2. Click the Unrecognized Description link.
  3. Select the original description.
  4. Click update.
 
Mobile app users
  1. Select Financial Wellness from the main menu.
  2. Tap View Transactions in the center of the screen.
  3. Choose the transaction you’d like to adjust.
  4. Tap the blue question mark icon.
  5. Select the original description.
  6. Tap update.
