Q: How do I track my credit status and activities?

Credit reports pulled at Mountain America for application purposes cannot be shared and are not used for credit monitoring purposes.

• We encourage you to request your report annually from the three bureaus (Experian, TransUnion and Equifax) or from www.annualcreditreport.com.

 

• If you are a Mountain America Member, you can also get your FICO^® score for free. To access your free FICO^® Score:
  1. Log in to Mountain America’s mobile banking app.
  2. Tap the menu in the top-left corner.
  3. Select "Your FICO^® Score."

 

• You can also access your FICO^® Score in our online branch, by following these steps:​
  1. Log in to Mountain America’s mobile banking app.
  2. Tap the menu in the top-left corner.
  3. Select " FICO^® Score."
