Q: How do I cancel my credit card?

You can cancel your credit card once the balance is paid in full. To have your account closed, please contact our Service Center at 1-800-748-4302 or visit a local branch. 

• To lower or cancel your VISA credit limit, contact our Service Center or submit a signed letter at a local branch.
• To reinstate or increase the limit will require a new credit application.
