Katie Orton is a mortgage loan officer serving Mountain America members in Cedar City and Hurricane, Utah. She began her career in the mortgage industry in 2014 and has been a trusted expert in the field ever since. She joined the Mountain America team in 2023.

Katie is eager to be a guiding hand for all members’ mortgage needs, whether purchasing their first home, upgrading to their fifth house, exploring refinancing options or constructing their dream home.

Originally from Panguitch, Utah, Katie now calls Cedar City home. Beyond her professional life, she enjoys participating in outdoor activities and chasing her daughter around various sports fields.
