View your purchase history for any Mountain America accounts or credit cards through online banking or the mobile app. You can also opt in for eStatements to get digital statements for your checking, savings and credit card accounts quickly and securely.
If you do not recognize a charge appearing on your statement, immediately contact Mountain America for assistance. Use card manager in online banking or the mobile app to freeze your card while you investigate the transaction.
To report suspected fraudulent activity, call 1-800-748-4302 or visit a branch. You may also file a dispute through online banking or the mobile app. After logging in, choose Accounts from the main menu. Then select Transaction Disputes.
