My VISA card has expired and I have not received my new card. Should I report it lost?

  • We send your replacement during the month prior to your expiration date.
  • Please contact us to make sure that we have your address correct, and we will also verify if we have attempted to send your card.
  • If we are unable to locate your card, we recommend that the card be discontinued and a new one reissued.
