Q: Can I set up automatic payments on my VISA?

Yes. Mountain America has multiple automatic transfer options. For assistance, please contact our Service Center at 1-800-748-4302 or visit a local branch.

With automatic payments, you can:

• Pay the minimum payment, full balance or a specific dollar amount.
• Transfer a specific dollar amount.
• Set up a scheduled transfer using our Online Banking:
  1. Log in to the Online Banking.
  2. Click on the "Transfers & Payments" tab.
  3. Choose a frequency for the transfer.
• Mountain America also offers free Bill Payment online.
  • You can set up your own payees and manage the amount and date that the payments are sent out to each payee.
  • We do not recommend using Bill Pay to send payments to your own Mountain America account.
  • To get to Online Bill Pay:
    1. Log in to our Online Banking.
    2. Click on the Bill Pay icon.
