Q: How do I request money with Zelle®?
To request money, tap Send Money with Zelle® in the Mountain America app.*
Congratulations! Your money has been requested using Zelle®.

- Select Request.
- Search for contacts in the search bar at the top of the screen. Enter the first and last name and email address or U.S. mobile phone number. If your friend isn’t enrolled yet, you can only send a request using their email address.
- Your friend will be added to your suggested contacts list.
- Tap the name of the person.
- Next, enter the total and select the account. Then tap Review.
- Add a note describing the request, if preferred.
- Now, tap Request at the bottom of the screen.
