Yes. You can use electronic bill pay to make your Mountain America credit card payment from an account at another financial institution.. You may want to allow 5-10 business days for delivery and processing.

We do not recommend using Mountain America's bill pay to send payments to your own Mountain America account. The bill pay service is not designed to move money from one Mountain America account to another. We recommend using our online Transfer & Pay feature instead.

To use Transfer & Pay:

1. Log in to online banking or the mobile app.
2. From the main menu, choose Transfer & Pay.
3. Select Make a Transfer the account you want to transfer from.
4. Select your credit card as the To Account.
5. Enter the transfer amount.
6. Select the date of transfer.
7. Select the transfer frequency.
8. Click Review Transfer. If the information is accurate, select Submit Transfer.
