Q: Can I delete the Mountain America mobile banking app or online account?

You may request that Mountain America deletes your online and mobile access by calling our service center at 1-800-748-4302. This action will delete your username, password and biometric data.

Per our policy, Mountain America automatically deactivates user online access after 14 months of inactivity, which includes no online or mobile activity, no bill payments and no automatic transfers. Please note, this policy does not apply to business accounts.

For regulatory purposes, we are not able to delete any financial data. Learn more about the data collected by Mountain America in our online privacy policy.
