We provide free resources to start or enhance your financial wellness program. Our programs are designed to reduce stress and increase financial confidence for both students and employees.

Through our presentations, on-demand learning and one-on-one financial coaching, we’ll help employees make lasting changes, empower them to achieve their financial goals through effective decisions and enhance their financial fulfillment.

We offer presentations and on-demand learning specific to your needs through the following series categories:

Designed for those who want to build a strong understanding of the basics of personal finance. This series includes the following:

Money is meaningful to everyone in some way. Together we’ll learn how to identify that individual meaning, how that meaning impacts your brain and financial decision-making, and how to overcome biases that can get in the way of financial success. Also available in Spanish.

In this presentation, you'll learn how to plan, create and stick to your budget. You'll also learn how to recognize and overcome psychological barriers that get in the way of everyday financial success.

How do you build a workable budget when your income fluctuates? Whether you run your own business, have inconsistent hours or earn extra money, this presentation will explain how to manage your financial peaks and valleys successfully.

Want a better understanding of how credit works? Learn about the components of your credit score, the best ways to build or reestablish credit and your rights as a consumer.

We make purchases everyday, whether online, over the phone, with a card or via mobile payment services. In today’s society, it’s important to stay informed of common scams. Learn key principles to protect yourself against scams and other fraud strategies.

Learn about how your Social Security benefits are impacted by work, taxes and marital status. The Medicare portion covers the impact of receiving health benefits through work, as well as an overview of parts A, B, C and D. This sixty-minute seminar can cover both topics or be divided to include one or the other.

Geared toward individuals who have established a solid foundation, are on track with the growth and protection of their assets and are looking to discover greater fulfillment in their financial journey.

Holly Craig

Holly has been in the financial industry for over 20 years, holding roles such as a licensed branch manager, small business banker and financial guide prior to becoming a financial education manager. Holly is a National Social Security Certificate holder. She enjoys live music, outdoor summer activities and traveling adventures with her husband. Holly is not affiliated with or endorsed by LPL Financial.

Cass Fuentes

Cassandra, who goes by Cass, transitioned from social work to the financial services industry in 2010, driven by her passion for helping people achieve their goals. With a master's degree in education, she creates engaging learning experiences for personal financial growth. Outside of work, Cass enjoys family moments, music, outdoor activities and sharing silly videos of her golden retrievers, Kobuk and Coda.

Scott Sherman

Scott Sherman

Scott believes anyone can create a stress-free financial life with the right education, tools and guidance. He shared that message with tens of thousands of people as a personal finance writer, speaker and coach for five years before becoming a financial education manager. He loves to help people find the resources that will make their financial dreams a reality. Scott is a Michigan native who has spent the last 16 years in Utah. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. On the weekends, he plays drums in the rock cover band Dangerously Close.

Bill Hickey

Bill has eight years of experience in the financial industry, with roles including loan officer, branch manager, and financial education manager. Prior to joining Mountain America, he held various management positions in the agricultural sector. Bill is committed to providing the resources and education necessary for individuals to thrive and secure their financial future by equipping people with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. In his free time, he enjoys working on home projects and maintaining his garden.
