Senior Business Advisor

Mercedes Kelley is a Senior Business Advisor serving members on the East Bench. She has been with Mountain America since May of 2019, moving from Teller, MEO, Senior Loan officer and now Senior Business Advisor with in those 5 years.

Mercedes has a deep passion to help all her Members define and reach their Financial dreams. She does this everyday by having deep meaningful conversations and being able to put together an efficient plan with all her members. One of Mercedes 5 Strengths is how restorative she is, With this she is adept at dealing with her members personal and professional situations. Than based off of these conversations she is able to assess, advise, and assist members and help navigate their accounts within Mountain America.

Outside of work, Mercedes loves spending time with her son, Julian. He keeps her very busy with outdoor adventures or Minecraft construction. In her spare time, Mercedes is constantly researching topics of interest, doing puzzles or just relaxing at home with a book or her favorite show.
