Tanner Gummersall is a commercial real estate loan officer serving members in Utah, Idaho, Montana, Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico. He has been with Mountain America since 2020.
Prior to working as a commercial loan officer, Tanner worked as a commercial underwriter for Mountain America and has experience underwriting for multiple real estate investing firms. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance with an emphasis in real estate from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University. He is committed to making members his top priority, as he assists them in purchasing, refinancing or building commercial real estate. Tanner is a problem-solver and loves providing solutions to find the right loan for each property. Whether you are a long-time investor, or you are investing in commercial real estate for the first time, he is ready to help you accomplish your goals.
Tanner is originally from the Inland Northwest and enjoys spending time in nature with his wife, as well as playing sports and watching the Utah Jazz.
