Nicole Hawkland is an SBA loan officer who joined Mountain America in 2026. She brings experience from her work with a nonbank lender and holds multiple SBA certifications, including credit underwriting, loan processor and closer, servicer, and business development officer.
Small businesses are the backbone of the economy, and that belief drives Nicole's work. She's focused on making a direct impact on business owners, helping them navigate financial decisions with confidence.
Nicole finds building lasting relationships to be one of the most rewarding aspects of her career. She works closely with growth-minded small business owners who seek strategic financing to expand, acquire or strengthen their operations.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys golf, volunteering with animal rescues and exploring new restaurants.
