Irwin Laroza is a business loan officer with Mountain America. He has extensive experience in the banking and real estate industries and specializes in SBA 504 and 7(a) loans.

After receiving a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Utah, Irwin started his career as an analyst fora commercial real estate group in 2003.

Throughout his career as a relationship manager for several large banks, Irwin developed strong relationships withbusiness owners. He leveraged these relationships and became an SBA business development officer. He later started acapital markets program for a commercial real estate firm, assisting more than 90 agents with lending needs.

Outside of work, Irwin enjoys attending his children’s sporting events and playing golf and pickleball.
