MOUNTAIN AMERICA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ARRAY “CREDIT SCORE PLUS” SERVICE

Definitions. As used herein, “We,” “Our,” “Us,” or “Mountain America” shall refer to Mountain America Federal Credit Union or any affiliate, agent, service provider, independent contractor, designee, or assignee that We may, at Our sole discretion, involve in the provision of Credit Score Plus. As used herein, “You” and “Your” shall refer to the individual member who is the User of the Credit Score Plus service and who is agreeing to these terms.

Credit Score Plus is supported by data and services from Experian Information Solutions, Inc. (the “Experian Credit Bureau”) and its service provider, CSIdentity Corporation, an Experian company (collectively “Experian”).

Use of Credit Score Plus is available to primary accountholders only and subject to these Terms and Conditions, which may be amended from time to time at Our sole discretion. We may notify You of any changes by sending written notice via electronic mail (email) or by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on Our website. You must accept these Terms and Conditions before accessing Credit Score Plus. Credit Score Plus information is not the official record of Your Mountain America account or its activity; the official record is Your Mountain America account statement. You are responsible for Your conduct while using Credit Score Plus and agree to indemnify Mountain America and its affiliates against third-party claims related to Your use. We are not responsible for any losses or damages related to system access, equipment, or internet issues. Credit Score Plus is provided “as is” without any warranties. You must comply with all applicable Mountain America agreements and federal and state laws.

Continued use of Credit Score Plus indicates Your acceptance of any changes. To be eligible for Credit Score Plus, You must be a U.S. resident with sufficient credit history in Experian. If Experian cannot match You with a credit report or is otherwise unable to obtain Your VantageScore Credit Score, You will not be able to use Credit Score Plus until You have built a sufficient credit history. We reserve the right to deny access at any time. For registration, You must provide accurate personal information and agree not to share Your Mountain America online banking password with third parties. You agree to notify Us and Experian promptly of any unauthorized use and of any loss, theft, or disclosure of Your Mountain America online banking password. By enrolling, You authorize Experian to periodically release Your credit report and VantageScore Credit Score to Us.

Credit Score Plus services include free access to Your credit report, credit score, credit alerts, credit score simulator, and debt analysis. The VantageScore Credit Score provided is for educational purposes only and may differ from actual scores. Credit monitoring alerts help detect potential identity theft and new credit activity. The score simulation feature provides estimated impacts of changes in Your credit behavior, and the debt analysis synchronizes debt records and calculates Your debt-to-income ratio. Credit Score Plus does not maintain Your credit report information and cannot make any changes to it. We are not responsible for inaccurate results, including any due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information in Your credit report. Further, this analysis should not be solely relied upon for financial decisions or for taking or forbearing from taking any action.

Communication. All communications regarding Credit Score Plus will be electronic (e.g., email and text messages). By enrolling, you consent to receive these communications. These services are unavailable without consenting to electronic communication; to withdraw consent, you must terminate the services as provided below. By enrolling in and using Credit Score Plus, you also agree to: (i) receive communication from us, and (ii) allow Mountain America to periodically obtain your credit report to market our other products and services to you. We may introduce new features or modify existing ones at our discretion, providing necessary notification if legally required.

Termination. You may terminate the service at any time by clicking on “Deactivate your account” at the bottom of the Credit Score Plus Overview page. Cancellation does not affect prior actions or pending processes; obligations incurred before termination will remain in effect. We may terminate or limit Your access to Credit Score Plus without notice.

Other Agreements. Use of these services are subject to Mountain America’s Account Agreements and Disclosures, including the arbitration provision therein. In case of conflict, the Account Agreements and Disclosures prevail.

By selecting “Agree and Continue,” you affirm that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, including authorizing Mountain America Credit Union to periodically obtain your credit report for the purpose of providing the Credit Score Plus services. These services include displaying your credit score information to you for educational purposes, assisting you in understanding how financial transactions affect your credit score, confirming your identity, and offering other products and services to you.
