Pay It Forward
If you’ve ever seen someone in need and thought “I wish could help more,” then you understand the driving force behind KUTV News and Mountain America’s Pay It Forward. To date, the program has given $200,000 and counting to deserving causes.
How It Works
Mountain America members and KUTV viewers nominate individuals or groups who could use some financial assistance. If selected, KUTV News films the story and the Pay It Forward segment airs during the Wednesday 10 p.m. newscast.
Nominating Someone
If you know someone, or some group, that could use a little financial help, let us know. Simply visit KUTV’s website and share your story in the form on the right side of that page.

A few of the causes that have been highlighted include increasing cancer awareness, mentoring refugees adjusting to life in America, creating instructional videos for amputees, teaching the importance of seat belts and many more.

Last fall, we had a shopping day at the American Fork Old Navy, and the Provo Old Navy store. Hundreds of kids received brand new outfits for school. It was fun just to be there and watch those kids come out of the store with bags of clothing in their hands and smiles big and wide.
